Businesses use our platform to automate responses to emails, web inquiries, phone calls, and interactions via SMS, and social messaging channels. We do the same internally - so supporting teams with faster access to policy information, IT Helpdesk, HR, Sales, Marketing, etc all through channels like MS Teams and Slack.

We've sold across 10+ sectors on 4 continents, and our power, flexibility, and unique approach to technology aggregation means we consume the best tech from Gen AI, Intelligent Integration, Unified Communications, and surface unbelievable automation power through a beautiful no-code SaaS platform.

We are looking to hire (3) Sales Development-Outbound

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to generate leads and create opportunities within the AI industry;
  • Research and identify potential clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers within target organizations;
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through effective lead qualification and nurturing processes;
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize outreach efforts, refine messaging, and optimize lead conversion rates;
  • Identify client requirements and suggest suitable products/services;
  • Present the company to prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales minimum 2 years;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Excellent negotiation skills and goal-driven;
  • Passion for sales;
  • Knowledge about AI industry.

Important note

The positions in the first three months will be home-office based until office will be setup in Prishtina.

All devices and PCs necessary for the job will be provided by the employer.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year work contract with  3-month trial period with the possibility to extend; with a 700 Euro base salary and 10% commission on each deal completed.

Because of the nature of business and the product those commissions easily can reach above 2k/month
