Job Overview

As a Financial Manager, you'll lead the finance activties in Kosovo, overseeing internal financial reporting, budgeting, process improvement and compliance. Your role involves collaborating with external advisors, ensuring legal adherence, and identifying growth opportunities while maintaining data security protocols.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Manage the local Finance organization supported by a central and local Finance team
Manage internal financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Prepare and deliver monthly management reports and ad-hoc financial analyses.
Liaise with external tax advisors and oversee compliance with government regulations.
Serve as a point of contact for Finance and Controlling topics from headquarters.
Ensure robust financial systems and compliance to support current and future activities.
Develop and implement best-practice policies for fiscal management.
Collaborate with senior executives to identify growth opportunities and process optimizations.
Ensure compliance with financial legislation and take necessary actions.

Security Roles:

Handle personal, client, and employer data in accordance with legal guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Report any threats or incidents impacting data processing.

Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Certified Accountant is preferable.
At least 5 years of combined controlling and accounting experience.
Familiarity with IFRS, local tax, and statutory requirements.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present financial information effectively.
Very good command of English language.
