You are passionate about innovation and digital transformation – so are we! Our IT teams are actively involved in business process design and group-wide projects. We don't let IT do its thing — we do IT ourselves. As one of the core projects, we are working to develop an internal chatbot that supports employees in their daily work. Join us and use your know-how to become part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and take on the following responsibilities:
- Contributing AI expertise: You will be the central point of contact for all aspects of AI – especially LLMs and generative AI – and bring the latest developments into practical implementation.
- Building an internal chatbot: You will collaborate with the project team to build a powerful, secure, and privacy-compliant in-house chatbot.
- Empowering the departments: You will analyze processes and use cases across departments, uncover optimization potential, and co-develop AI-supported solutions.
- Training and enablement: You will train teams on AI usage, develop guidelines, and ensure broad adoption and safe application.
- Co-design and implementation: You are not just a consultant but also a doer – you develop prototypes, test tools, and support implementation and scaling.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- In-depth experience in artificial intelligence, especially with large language models (e.g. OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or similar)
- Technical understanding of data, models, and tools, along with initial experience in building AI applications or chatbots
- Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, simple way
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and a strong hands-on mentality
- Initial experience in project work, ideally within interdisciplinary teams
- Very good knowledge of German and good command of English, both written and spoken
