Business Analyst – Process Automation for
Digital Channels and Business Support Department
Business Analyst for process automation, focuses on analyzing business operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation. Works across departments to map current workflows, assess pain points, and propose data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support better decision-making.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive and well-organized testing for every new or updated product or service to ensure they function as expected.
- Conducts market research and analysis to identify new business needs and opportunities.
- Provides detailed business requirements and follows up for additional clarifications when necessary.
- Creates automated processes using Microsoft Power Automate or similar tools, aiming to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Monitors, troubleshoots, and enhances existing workflows for better performance.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), such as transaction success rates, processing times, and error rates, providing insights to management for decision-making.
- Providing training and support to end-users on new features, processes, and systems.
- Prepares or reviews relevant documentation affected by changes in products, services, or processes, ensuring all technical components are fully addressed.
- Stay updated with relevant industry regulations and ensure the card business operates in compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information technology.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- 1 Year of previous working experience in the process automation is preferable.
- Very good command of English language (spoken and written)
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated and strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
