About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and results-driven Call Agents to join our team! Your role will be to call clients of a leading Hotel Group in the USA, conduct a quick survey about their last stay, and transfer the call to a hotel representative. Your success will be measured by daily, weekly, and monthly transfer targets, with earning potential through performance-based bonuses.

- Call hotel clients and conduct a brief survey about their recent stay
- Transfer calls to the hotel’s agent
- Meet and exceed transfer targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude on every call
