Customer Service Representative – DormHub (On-Site, Pristina, Kosovo)

About Us:

DormHub is an innovative social media platform designed to connect communities and foster engaging interactions. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Pristina, Kosovo office. This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM).

Responsibilities:

Sign in to the Admin Panel to monitor platform activity.
Review and assess user reports to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
Handle verification requests and assist users with account authentication.
Process and manage business account requests efficiently.
Communicate with users via email to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Ensure DormHub’s community guidelines are upheld across the platform.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Previous experience in customer service or social media moderation is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
