Job Description: Part-Time English Communication Coach

Position: Part-Time English Communication Coach
Location: Prishtine

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic English Communication Coach to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will help students develop their conversational skills, improve fluency, and gain confidence in speaking English in professional and everyday contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive and engaging English communication classes.
Focus on improving students’ spoken English, listening skills, and pronunciation.
Customize lessons to meet the communication needs of students from diverse backgrounds.
Provide constructive feedback to students on their communication skills.
Use creative and practical teaching techniques to foster confidence in speaking English.
Prepare lesson materials and activities tailored to student proficiency levels.
Track and report student progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred).
Native or near-native proficiency in English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior teaching experience in spoken English or communication skills (preferred).
Creative and adaptable teaching approach.
