About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic English Communication Coach to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will help students develop their conversational skills, improve fluency, and gain confidence in speaking English in professional and everyday contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive and engaging English communication classes.
- Focus on improving students’ spoken English, listening skills, and pronunciation.
- Customize lessons to meet the communication needs of students from diverse backgrounds.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their communication skills.
- Use creative and practical teaching techniques to foster confidence in speaking English.
- Prepare lesson materials and activities tailored to student proficiency levels.
- Track and report student progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred).
- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching experience in spoken English or communication skills (preferred).
- Creative and adaptable teaching approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with business English or communication in professional settings.
