This role involves scheduling repairs, managing maintenance requests, tracking inventory, and ensuring the facility’s systems and equipment are well-maintained. Location: Prishtine, KosovoType: Regular Full-TimeDuties and responsibilities:Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Coordinate with technicians and external vendors as needed.Process maintenance requests, create work orders, and track progress to completion. Ensure timely response to urgent maintenance needs.Monitor and maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment. Reorder items as necessary to prevent shortages.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
