Junior Accountant – Prishtina Our Kosovo office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our Outsourcing Center in Prishtina for the position of Junior Accountant. Job description: Maintain accurate financial records and assist with general ledger management. Reconcile accounts payable, receivable, and bank statements. Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations as per IFRS’s. Collaborating with other finance team members. Provide support during audits and tax filings. Perform data entry and basic financial analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Providing guidance and support to the finance team as needed. Prepare any other report requested by their manager. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. CPA in one of the Societies (SCAAK, IKAF or AAB) is considered as advantage. Proven experience as an Accountant, at least for 1 year. Strong proficiency in English is required, knowledge of Bosnian language is an advantage. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (IFRS’s). Knowledge of Pantheon accounting software is considered as advantage. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
