Chemonics International seeks middle to senior-level specialists for an anticipated USAID/Kosovo Community Cooperation Activity. The activity will aim to change the attitudes and behaviors of individuals and institutions to build consensus around a shared future in a multiethnic state. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.  We are recruiting for middle to senior level experts with experience in the following areas:  Community engagement and mobilizationPublic participationCivic engagement and dialogueYouth engagement and advocacyMunicipal developmentSocial and behavior changeGender equality and social inclusionWe are also recruiting for middle to senior-level program operations specialists with experience in the following areas: Monitoring, evaluation, and learningHuman resources and operationsDonor-funded project financial management and accountingGrants, subcontracts, procurement managementStrategic communicationsIllustrative qualifications include:   Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience public administration, international relations, development, law or related field required; advanced degree preferredMinimum 3-8 years of relevant experience in civic engagement and dialogue, community engagement and mobilization, municipal development or other related field.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with government counterparts, civil society organizations and local media.Experience with USAID and other donor projects preferredStrong experience in capacity development, training, and mentoring.  Experience with procurement procedures, small grants management, and office operations while ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations. Proficiency in English required; fluency in Albanian and/or Serbian required.Application Instructions: Please submit a cover letter and CV to KosovoCCARecruit@chemonics.com no later than January 8, 2025.
