Job Title: Patient Care Specialist (German Language)Work Hours: 09:00 – 18:00Language Level: B2-C1Location: PrishtinaJob Description:We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Specialist to join our team (German Speaking), providing exceptional over-the-phone support to patients of a leading orthodontic clinic. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring patients have a smooth and positive experience, addressing their needs and guiding them through the clinic’s services.
