Job Summary: The School HR and Admissions Coordinator will be at the heart of two critical functions: Human Resources and Admissions. In this dynamic role, the HR and Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for managing various HR functions to support the school's staff while also overseeing the admissions process to ensure a seamless experience for prospective students and their families. HR Coordinator: Recruitment and Staffing Employee Relations Compliance and Record Keeping Training and Development End of Month Reports and Maintaining the Vacation Tracker Communication and Coordination Admissions Coordinator: Managing the Admissions Process Communication and Outreach Information Package Enrollment Management Policy Compliance Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in: Human Resources, English, Communication or any other related field.
