Job Title: Remote Receptionist
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: €600 per/month
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday 40 hours /per week. Shifts will be coordinated on a rota basis, with each shift covering 8 hours per day. Availability to work one weekend day per week is required.
Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Receptionist who excels in customer service and possesses robust sales skills, particularly in converting calls into successful bookings. This role demands a proactive approach to being the first point of contact for our clients, helping us create a warm, responsive, and efficient virtual front desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use strong communication and sales skills to handle calls effectively, offering alternatives andconverting inquiries into bookings when initial preferences cannot be accommodated.
- Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, payment processing, and invoicing.
- Handle enquiry lists and assist in scheduling appointments.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team.
- Process payments and issue invoices remotely via our secure systems.
- Address and report any issues or incidents in a timely manner.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and organised manner, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with a preference for candidates who have experience in sales or roles requiring booking conversions.
- Proficiency in computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and booking software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong orientation towards customer service and sales.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using computer systems such as Microsoft Office, online booking software, and virtual call tools (e.g., GoogleMeets, WhatsApp, VoIP).
- Ability to work independently and remain focused in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
