The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a passionate Backend Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to design and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable backend systems. You'll work closely with a talented international development team to define project requirements, analyze and build powerful solutions, and ensure our applications meet client expectations.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with cross-functional international teams to define project requirements and translate them into robust backend architectures.
- Develop & Maintain: Analyze, design, code, and maintain the backend of client applications, ensuring they are both secure and scalable.
- Support & Document: Provide expert support to project teams and keep technical documentation up-to-date.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Proficiency:
- 5+ years in backend development.
- Mastery of PHP and frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
- Proven experience in developing and customizing CMS or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong command of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and modern development tools (e.g., Git).
- Excellent command of English.
- Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Drupal, Docker, DevOps tools, NoSQL solutions, and AWS.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and a natural team player with outstanding communication skills.
