The Restaurant and Lounge Manager will oversee the successful development, pre-opening, and operations of Skylight Lounge & Bar located at the iconic Dukagjini Tower Rooftop. This role includes managing all aspects of the business, from service excellence and team leadership to financial performance and marketing. The Manager will ensure a high standard of food, beverage, and ambiance, creating an exceptional guest experience while maintaining profitability.Location: Prishtine, KosovoType: Regular Full-TimeResponsibilities:Operational ManagementOversee daily operations of the Skylight Lounge and Bar, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and floor staff.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain consistent quality standards.Monitor and enhance service delivery to ensure a premium dining and lounge experience.Financial ManagementCreate and manage the annual budget, ensuring cost control and revenue growth.Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize profitability.Negotiate supplier contracts and manage inventory to control costs and reduce waste.Guest ExperienceFoster a guest-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.Address guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.Collaborate with chefs and mixologists to design unique menus and offerings tailored to customer preferences.Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and develop a team of skilled hospitality professionals.Set performance standards, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and retention.Marketing and Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute marketing strategies, including events, promotions, and social media campaigns, to attract and retain customers.Build relationships with local businesses and influencers to drive brand awareness.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to remain competitive and innovative.Compliance and SafetyEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.Prepare for and manage emergencies and operational disruptions effectively.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
