Job Title: Senior Human Resources OfficerOpen Position: 1Job Type: Full-timeWorking hours: 9:00 AM - 05:00 PMJob Location: Prishtine, Republic of KosovoSentry is the first international cyber security company founded in Kosovo that provides extensive services and products in the fields of finance, gov-tech, and blockchain technology.Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Senior Human Resources Officer to join our growing team. The purpose of this position is to lead HR operations that support the development and retention of top-tier cybersecurity talent, aligning workforce strategies with the company's objectives. In this role, the Senior Human Resources Officer will oversee talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and compliance, ensuring that all HR functions contribute effectively to meeting the company's strategic cybersecurity goals.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition: Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and oversee benefits administration.HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with Kosovo labor law and company standards.Training & Development: Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development. Initiate team-building activities.Performance Management: Organize and oversee performance evaluations, create and implement individualized development plans for employee growth.Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.Employee Feedback and Reporting: Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and insights. Prepare detailed reports for senior management and provide recommendations for improvements.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).A minimum of four years of proven experience in senior human resources roles at private companies with over 100 employees.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Conversant with Kosovo labor legislations related to human resources and employee management.Knowledge of skills-based methodologies in recruiting to identify and assess candidate competencies.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, MS Office Suite or Google Workspace.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive. situations with discretion.Excellent oral and written English communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Initiative and self-motivation.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.Leadership skills and initiative.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle offer discussions.People-focused, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of an organization, enhancing team cohesion and employee engagement.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Other Skills:Strong networking skills to connect with potential candidates and industry professionals.Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.Problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges and obstacles.Knowledge of efficient candidate sources to optimize recruitment efforts.Benefits:Competitive salaryHealth insuranceProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and innovative work environmentTo Apply: If you meet the qualifications, please submit your resume and a cover letter through the button "Apliko këtu" below highlighting your relevant experience and explaining why you would be an excellent fit for this role.
