In line with our motto "where governance, risk & compliance meet for success", we enable our customers to comprehensively digitize and automate their GRC processes with our GRC software solution. The interaction between people, processes and technology is crucial in this context.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:
UX Designer 60-100%
What you’ll be doing:
As a UX Designer, you will design our governance, risk and compliance software solution.
You will work in our development team and perform the following tasks:
- Building and developing internal UX skills
- Developing wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs for our products
- Creating modern, intuitive and user-friendly designs
- Central interface between software development and product management
- Testing and validating the implementation of your requirements
- Analyzing and continuously improving products and solutions
- Collaboration in a young and talented team
Must have skills:
You have the following knowledge and experience:
- Training in UX/UI design, interaction design or equivalent qualifications
- Several years of experience in UX and interaction design of software applications
- Experience in agile development and design methods
- Experience with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar tools
- Fluent oral and written English skills
- An advantage: knowledge of web and front-end technologies
