At Accounting Hero LLC we're looking for a hands-on accounting professional to join our team in Prishtina. We are an outsourcing company focused on the US market, partnering with multiple companies in New York City and Boston.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger processes
Perform monthly and ad‑hoc account reconciliations and maintain detailed supporting schedules
Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes
Leverage Sage Intacct to maintain accurate financial data

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of concentrated operational accounting experience covering AR, AP, and GL cycles
Demonstrated expertise in account reconciliations and schedule maintenance
Experience with Sage Intacct or other popular cloud based ERP (NetSuite, QuickBooks)
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Ability to work with EST Time Zone - New York (1pm - 9pm or 3pm - 11pm)
Certified by SCAAK is preferable
