This role involves producing release videos, editing training materials, and collaborating with team members to ensure content quality. You will also assist with documentation migration and provide support to students by addressing questions and issues. Responsibilities & DutiesBuild release videos that highlight the new key features included in each product release.Provide training support to students which includes responding to question and issues.Review, edit, and publish new how to articles created by Support or Product.Work collaboratively with team members to edit existing training video content.Assist in the migration and consolidation of user documentation to Salesforce.Requirements and SkillsStrong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Eagerness to learn, explore, and introduce new technologies.Motivated to work within every changing environment and exudes positivity.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degreeMinimum of 2 years of work experience in technical writingExperience using Adobe Creative suite a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro, & InDesign).Experience in video editing tools such as Canva, Vimeo, or Camtasia a plus.Hiring PolicyThis job description may evolve over time.
