About the Role:
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional technical support to clients using our Tax Software. In this role, you will receive inbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on software functionalities. This is a client-facing position where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Handle inbound calls efficiently, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
- Guide clients through software functionalities and troubleshoot common problems
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable support
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and tools
- Stay updated on latest software developments and industry best practices
