The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis and operations, with expertise in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Insights: Dive deep into data analysis to extract complex information and translate it into actionable insights. Produce comprehensive reports for stakeholders, fostering data-informed decisions across the organization.Metric Development & Reporting: Establish and refine key business metrics while maintaining intuitive reporting tools. Regularly communicate results and actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.Cross-functional Project Prioritization: Utilize data analytics platforms to prioritize cross-functional projects, aligning them with overarching business objectives to ensure strategic consistency.QA & Tool Feedback: Conduct Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Testing (QA/UAT) and offer constructive feedback on the functionality of new tools developed by the data analytics, product, and engineering teams. Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives.Documentation & Data Governance: Oversee the documentation processes for reports, utilizing advanced Excel skills to create and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary.
