About the Roles:
Position 1: Delinquency Specialist / Debt Collector
We are seeking a Delinquency Specialist to help manage and resolve outstanding tenant accounts. If you are a detail-oriented, results-driven professional who communicates effectively and can manage sensitive conversations with empathy and firmness, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact tenants with overdue accounts and pursue resolution in line with company policies and applicable laws
- Maintain detailed records of communication and payment agreements in our property management system
- Negotiate payment plans where appropriate, while protecting the financial interests of property owners
- Collaborate with property managers to understand tenant histories and develop collection strategies
- Issue notices, follow up on promises-to-pay, and escalate delinquent accounts as needed
- Ensure adherence to all legal requirements in collections activities
Candidate Profile:
- 1–2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy during difficult conversations
- Detail-oriented and able to track multiple accounts efficiently
- Experience working with property management software (preferred but not required)
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to meeting targets
Position 2: Maintenance Coordinator
About the Role:
Be the key link between tenants, vendors, and property managers, ensuring that every maintenance issue is handled quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and document maintenance requests from tenants (calls, emails)
- Prioritize requests based on urgency and type of issue
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams
- Schedule repairs and communicate timelines to tenants
- Follow up to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Track all maintenance activities in our property management system
- Support property managers in vendor management, invoicing, and reporting
Candidate Profile:
- 1–2 years of experience in maintenance coordination, property management, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and manage schedules efficiently
- Experience with work order systems or property management software is a plus
- Proactive and service-oriented approach to tenant and vendor interactions
Position 3: Real Estate Analyst
We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in underwriting and financial modeling for new acquisitions and ongoing asset management, while also supporting our asset and property management teams when needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and prior real estate investment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed underwriting and financial modeling for potential acquisitions
- Assist in preparing investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze property performance, market conditions, and portfolio metrics
- Support asset management team with reporting, budgeting, and analysis
- Provide backup support to our property manager and asset manager, including during absences (sick days/vacation)
- Assist with rent rolls, operating statements, lease analysis, and due diligence as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and execution of business plans
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in real estate investment analysis, underwriting, or asset management
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Strong understanding of real estate metrics, valuation techniques, and market analysis
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluent in English
