Role Overview:
We’re looking for a high-caliber Graduate Associate who is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. In this role, you’ll directly contribute to the growth and strategy of our ventures. This includes opportunities to work on specific portfolio companies or across multiple ventures as needed. You’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience in areas like business development, data analysis, and strategic planning, working alongside founding members and receiving mentorship to understand what it takes to build successful companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover trends and opportunities across ventures.
- Support strategic planning and contribute actively to the development of each business.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and monitor performance.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights, shaping key business decisions.
- Utilize the latest technology and AI tools to enhance productivity and improve work quality.
- Tackle a range of projects that may include marketing, administration, data analysis, supplier management, product development, recruitment, and business development.
- Show adaptability and flexibility, ready to pivot as project needs evolve across different ventures.
