About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on designing eye-catching thumbnails and developing a cohesive visual identity across all social media platforms. Your work will play a key role in increasing engagement, strengthening brand recognition, and elevating our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-converting thumbnails for YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and other social platforms
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and style guide for social media content
Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and video editors to align visual assets with campaign goals
Create templates and design systems for faster content production
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and design best practices to ensure content is fresh and engaging
Optimize graphics for performance across different platforms and screen sizes

Requirements:

Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally with a focus on social media or digital marketing
Strong portfolio showcasing thumbnail designs and visual identity work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Ability to interpret branding and marketing goals into compelling visuals
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of social media platforms and what drives engagement through visuals
