Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-converting thumbnails for YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and other social platforms
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and style guide for social media content
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and video editors to align visual assets with campaign goals
- Create templates and design systems for faster content production
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and design best practices to ensure content is fresh and engaging
- Optimize graphics for performance across different platforms and screen sizes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally with a focus on social media or digital marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing thumbnail designs and visual identity work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to interpret branding and marketing goals into compelling visuals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of social media platforms and what drives engagement through visuals
Nice to Have:
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO and A/B testing thumbnail performance
- Experience working with content creators or in digital media companies
