Paralegal/Attorney Position | Pristina |Serving a New York Law Firm (4)

About the Role

Our New York personal injury defense firm is hiring a dedicated paralegal for our office in Pristina. You will collaborate with attorneys who defend insurance companies in bodily injury cases.

Key Responsibilities

Review and organize new case files for attorney review
Perform legal research and present findings in clear English
Draft defenses, correspondence, and court documents for personal injury matters
Compile defense packages, including medical records and discovery responses
Track calendars, deadlines, and case milestones from intake through resolution
Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, and insurance adjusters

Required Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written English
Strong legal drafting skills and keen attention to detail
Solid research ability using online resources and court databases
Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and case management software
Self motivated, disciplined, and results oriented work ethic
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; experience in personal injury or insurance defense is preferred
