Simetrix Solutions is hiring Senior Process Engineer for Prishtina office.Job Overview:The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and overseeing key business processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality across our service offerings. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and lead process re-engineering initiatives. This role requires an individual with deep expertise in process engineering, a strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:1.Process Design and Improvement:Lead the design, analysis, and improvement of business processes across various operational functions, with a focus on maximizing efficiency, minimizing waste, and optimizing performance.Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to assess and enhance processes, ensuring that they align with business goals and customer needs.Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and workflow design to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable solutions.Implement best practices for process automation, reducing manual intervention and increasing consistency across operations.2.Project Management:Manage complex projects aimed at improving business processes, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track project milestones, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.Oversee the implementation of new processes or system upgrades, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.3.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with stakeholders from various departments including IT, operations, finance, and customer service to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.Collaborate with leadership to set and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for process improvements and performance tracking.Provide training and guidance to team members on new processes, systems, and best practices, ensuring alignment across the organization.4.Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to assess the performance of existing processes and identify areas for optimization.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to senior leadership.Continuously monitor key metrics and adjust processes to ensure that goals are met or exceeded.Interpret ISBs, CSBs, and FSBs as well as other specific product documentation to determine relevance to daily responsibilities.5.Continuous Improvement:Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization, encouraging innovation and proactive problem-solving.Identify emerging trends and technologies that can enhance operational efficiency and process effectiveness.Regularly review and assess the impact of implemented changes to ensure that improvements are sustained over time6.Compliance and Standards:Ensure that all processes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure that we remain at the forefront of process engineering excellence.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or 8+ years of active experience in Process Engineering activities described in job responsibilities.Experience:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in process engineering, operations management, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully driving process improvements.Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (Green Belt, Black Belt, or similar certification is highly preferred).Strong experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Experience with process automation tools and systems is a plus.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and data analytics tools.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward a common goal.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our team's success, we encourage you to apply.To submit your application, please send your resume, to careers@simetrix-solutions.com or you can reach out to our Company Number for further information +38343717013.We look forward to welcoming talented individuals who are ready to make a positive impact on our clients and our organization.
