Role Overview:
As a Social Media Manager (Entry-Level) at Floodmaker, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies to engage our target audience and enhance our online presence. Working closely with the marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating content, managing social media channels, and helping grow our brand’s digital footprint. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about social media marketing and eager to launch their career in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to grow Floodmaker’s online presence.
- Content Creation: Create engaging, visually appealing content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) across various social media platforms.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and interact with our social media community.
- Content Calendar: Maintain and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to improve results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall campaigns.
- Stay Updated: Stay current with social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in social media marketing and a desire to grow in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a dynamic team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing social media accounts or creating content (e.g., internships, volunteer work, personal projects).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends is a plus.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new social media trends and tools.
