Social Media Manager

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in English and Albanian (both written and spoken)
• A great copywriter who can craft engaging content
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads
• Experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok, with the ability to think across multiple channels
• Ability to generate content ideas in various formats, including text, images, videos, carousels, and interactive content
• Experience working in more complex industries, both B2B and B2C
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, social media pixels, and conversion tracking to measure and optimize campaign performance

Your Role:

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to different platforms
• Create compelling content across multiple formats (short-form & long-form posts, video scripts, infographics, etc.)
• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns
• Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, social media pixels, and other tracking tools
• Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns based on key metrics
• Engage with clients to ensure brand consistency and growth across all channels
