Social Media Manager
Tactica is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team! If you're a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Albanian (both written and spoken)
- A great copywriter who can craft engaging content
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads
- Experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok, with the ability to think across multiple channels
- Ability to generate content ideas in various formats, including text, images, videos, carousels, and interactive content
- Experience working in more complex industries, both B2B and B2C
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, social media pixels, and conversion tracking to measure and optimize campaign performance
Your Role:
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to different platforms
- Create compelling content across multiple formats (short-form & long-form posts, video scripts, infographics, etc.)
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns
- Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, social media pixels, and other tracking tools
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns based on key metrics
- Engage with clients to ensure brand consistency and growth across all channels
