Social Media Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and grow our presence on Facebook. In this role, you will manage multiple pages, oversee the publishing of video-first content as well as stories and static posts, and ensure consistency in strategy and execution. Your goal will be to engage audiences, expand reach, and deliver content that performs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and maintain content calendars for Facebook pages.
- Coordinate with creative teams to publish video-first content, stories, and static posts.
- Monitor performance and analyze insights to optimize growth and engagement.
- Develop strategies to increase audience interaction, reach, and page performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as engagement, reach, retention, and follower growth.
- Respond to comments, messages, and nurture community engagement.
- Stay updated on Facebook features, trends, and algorithm changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with strong knowledge of Facebook management.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategies.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple pages and publishing schedules.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging and viral content.
Nice to Have
- Experience with video-first content and audience growth strategies on Facebook.
- Knowledge of Facebook Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
