We're looking for someone with a great eye for sourcing viral content who can spot emerging trends in a fast moving environment. You should be passionate about all things social video and have experience sourcing and engaging with online communities across platforms.You must be a self-starter and have an entrepreneurial mindset and attitude.You’ll live on social media, and have an understanding of audiences and what makes a shareable and engaging video, as well as how to optimise for different platforms.Source and post some of the biggest videos on the internet.Proactively source engaging video content that our audience will love ahead of competitorsSource a UGC video content for all platforms in order to hit key KPIs and business targetsProactively reach out to creators and copyright holders and secure rights to their contentRegularly monitor insights using social media analysis tools, and review and report on effectiveness to maximise resultsAdhere to brand and community guidelines when posting content, ensuring all content is reflective of the JOE tone of voiceMaintain a positive relationship with creators with effective relationship managementTrack and organise content and results in an efficient and effective systemSkills and experience we’d like you to have:Experience with social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat)Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro is desirable but not essentialExcellent storytelling skills desirable but not essentialImpeccable grammar and punctuation skillsOrganisational skills – calm under pressure and good at planning aheadAble to move quickly and easily, embracing and responding to changeAn attention to detailSelf starter who proactively plans contentAbility to use initiative and make effective decisionsKnowledge of media law, including copyright and consent, and ethical considerations, is also desirable
