What do you need to be a part of our team?

  • English Level C1 (speaking, writing, listening)
  • Full-Time availability, Monday to Friday, 15.00 - 23.00
  • Location: On-Site (Tirana, Albania & Prishtina, Kosovo)
  • Hiring Position – Customer Support Representative  

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.

Requirements:

  • Work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • A go-getter, who takes initiative, is a quick learner and team player who takes responsibility and ownership of their work.
  • Computer Skills – MS office suite; Intermediate (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
