Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Recruiter to lead and manage the full cycle recruiting process. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will also take ownership of recruiting-related projects, including developing hiring manager packets, enhancing our employer branding on platforms like Glassdoor, and executing the logistics of offers.
Responsibilities:
Full Cycle Recruiting:
- Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring needs and processes.
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Project Management:
- Lead projects aimed at improving the recruitment process and candidate experience.
- Enhance our employer branding on platforms such as Glassdoor to attract top talent.
Offer and Onboarding:
- Handle the logistics of extending offers and negotiating terms.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
Metrics and Reporting:
Track and report on recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience - proven experience managing the full cycle recruiting process.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Further details:
- Hybrid position working with US teams based in Kosova, Albania and Macedonia
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 pm -11 pm CEST (Skopje, Prishtina, Tirana local time)
- Indefinite contract
