Job Summary:
The Recruiting Administrator will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by managing the administrative aspects of hiring. This includes scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters, conducting background checks, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Interview Scheduling:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update the interview calendar.
Offer Letters and Documentation:
- Draft and send offer letters to selected candidates.
- Ensure all offer documentation is complete and accurate.
- Assist with the preparation and collection of new hire paperwork.
Background Checks:
- Initiate and monitor background checks for the new hires.
- Communicate with background check vendors and follow up on pending checks.
- Ensure all background checks are completed promptly.
Candidate Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely updates and respond to candidate inquiries.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports as needed.
General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or recruiting role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS software.

Further details:
- Hybrid position working with US teams based in Kosova, Albania and Macedonia
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 pm -11 pm CEST (Skopje, Prishtina, Tirana local time)
- Indefinite contract
