Sales Representative For UK E-commerce Company - Remote Role

NOTE: Fluency in writing English emails is crucial for this role.

Hi! We are a UK-based eCommerce business (tradewarehouse.co.uk) using a dropship-style business model to sell construction products to UK customers. The website is in the construction/home/garden niche.

As we scale up, we need someone to help in our sales team.

You must have:

• A good internet connection
• Fluency in the English language (both spoken AND grammar)
• Be able to work Mon-Fri 10am - 6pm Kosovo Time - these working hours are strict
• Have at least 1 year experience in a customer service role

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing an email inbox that receives customer enquiries - and responding
• Following up with customers who have received our product samples to help close the sale
• Using sales skills to win more business and close deals
• Receiving calls from customers (calling about their orders/general enquiries) and helping win the order
• Performing company admin
• Learning about all of our products and going above and beyond to understand the business - very important
• Following up with customers encouraging them to write a review
• Dealing with issues associated with customer orders
• Liaising with our suppliers to resolve customer issues/order issues.

We request that you have:

• A good understanding of UK geography, lifestyle and culture
• Good customer service skills - confident handling calls and dealing with customers on a regular basis
• Ideally experience working with a UK business in the past - if yes, please explain.
• Good time management
• Good communication skills
• Fast learner
• Confident in dealing with customer issues
• Good customer service skills
• Digitally competent - excel/word/teams/experience working with Shared Drives/folders
