Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and department heads.

Performance Monitoring: Set performance metrics and KPIs; regularly review and assess operational performance.

Project Management: Oversee major projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.

Customer and Stakeholder Relations: Enhance customer service and manage key stakeholder relationships.

Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation in products, services, and operational processes.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; develop and implement risk management strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior operational role
• Proven track record of managing complex operations and driving organizational success.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.
• Experience with project management and a strong understanding of compliance and risk management.
