Position: Office Administrator

Location: Bremen or Pristina


Responsibilities:

  • Efficient organization and management of day-to-day office operations
  • Support the executive team and staff with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare and organize meetings and events
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain databases and filing systems
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including personnel administration, onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and common office software applications
  • Flexibility and resilience
