What we are looking for:

Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design: Participate in the design process from concept to final hand-off, ensuring that user needs and business goals are met.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to create and refine product features.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX.
• User Research: Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and validate product concepts.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Visual Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
• Iterative Design: Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and evolving project requirements.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our products at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency: Strong skills in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• User Research: Experience with user research methods, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and analytics.
• UI/UX Focus: Proven experience in creating intuitive UI/UX designs that enhance user satisfaction and product usability.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating your ability to create user-centered, visually compelling designs.
• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user experience.
