Position: 3D Visual Architect
We are looking for a dedicated professional with a sharp eye for detail, strong visual skills, and extensive experience in creating visual presentations of architectural projects. This role is essential in transforming conceptual ideas into images that inspire our clients, team, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create photorealistic renderings of architectural structures, interiors, and surrounding environments
- Develop short animations for presentations and marketing materials
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to interpret and visualize their ideas clearly and aesthetically
- Optimize 3D models for presentation and technical purposes
- Follow visual brand standards and contribute to the development of the company’s promotional materials
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural visualization
- Advanced skills in: 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Photoshop
- CAD experience is considered an advantage
- AR/VR knowledge and experience is considered an advantage
- Critical eye for composition, lighting, color, and visual atmosphere
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written), knowledge of German is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
