We pride ourselves on our hard earned expertise, excellent client relationships, and commitment to the field.We are seeking Sales Interns with foundational knowledge of cybersecurity or tech and a strong interest in enterprise sales. In this role, you will support our sales and business development efforts by leveraging both your technical background and communication skills. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of cybersecurity service sales—from identifying prospects to understanding their needs and crafting tailored solutions.This is a unique opportunity to learn from Kosovo’s leading cybersecurity experts and contribute to the ongoing success of a well-established, trusted organization.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential clients.Update client data and manage the sales pipeline in our CRM.Work with senior sales and security engineers to understand client needs.Help create technical documents, scopes of work, and proposals.Schedule and join discovery calls and presentations.Clearly explain the value of our penetration testing and security services.Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and competitor offerings.Share insights to improve our sales and marketing messages.Organize sales materials (presentations, case studies, testimonials).Track leads, conversions, and feedback for continuous improvement.Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and webinars.Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless project handoffs.What You’ll LearnCybersecurity Basics: Understand how to sell specialized security services.Technical & Business Skills: Improve your cybersecurity knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills.Tools & Processes: Learn to use sales/marketing platforms and track client relationships effectively.Enter the Tech Industry: Gain a foothold in the tech industry and set yourself up for success.Proven Entrepreneurs: You'll have the chance to work directly with Sentry's founding team and learn from their entrepreneurial experience.QualificationsEducationCurrently studying or recently graduated in a tech, business, or marketing related field.Coursework in sales or marketing is a plus, but not required.Proficient in Albanian and English.Proficiency in Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian languages is a bonus.Comfortable explaining technical ideas to different audiences.Eager to learn from experienced professionals.Self-motivated, organized, and open to feedback.Internship Duration: Maximum of 6 Months.
