We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide 2nd and 3rd level support for our partners and users. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting system and integration tests, creating testing strategies, and providing integration support for 3rd party products. In addition, you will develop and deliver training courses for our partners and users, both remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for our partners and users, both on-site and remotely.
- Testing: Perform system and integration tests for our products and systems, ensuring product quality and functionality.
- Test Strategy Development: Create comprehensive test strategies, concepts, and plans to support product testing and integration.
- Integration Support: Assist in the integration of third-party products with our systems and solutions.
- Training Development: Develop training concepts and content tailored to our products and technologies.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions at our headquarters and at local partner locations to ensure product knowledge and competency.
- German speaking: Great Command of German Language B2/C1.
Your Qualities and Talents:
- Technical Background: Basic technical training as a computer scientist or a comparable qualification. Further training in subject-specific areas is preferred.
- Analytical & Structured Work Style: Ability to work independently, in an organized and analytical manner.
- Adaptability: Quick comprehension and the ability to handle changing priorities effectively.
- Testing Experience: Proven experience in creating software and system testing strategies, concepts, and automation.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of network technologies and operating systems (Microsoft/Linux).
- Programming Knowledge: Basic understanding of programming languages such as C# and Python.
- Cybersecurity & Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity, encryption, and cloud technologies is advantageous.
- Security Technology Knowledge: Experience or knowledge in security technology (burglary protection, access control) is a plus.
- Language Skills: Very good written and spoken German and English. Other language skills are a bonus.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
