As part of the consulting team, the technical analyst collaborates closely with Solutions Consultants, Customer Success Managers, and Technical Support teams to participate in customer onboarding and deployment initiatives. This position requires strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address and overcome complex technical challenges.Responsibilities & DutiesPerform data analysis to organize, optimize storage, and migrate databases as needed.Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and Customer Success Managers during customer onboarding to facilitate migration projects.Create databases across multiple applications to support data import and export processes.Develop and maintain best practices documentation for database migrations.Identify and prepare test data sets for staging databases and conducting feature testing.Maintain project status reports for stand-up meetings and management updates.Perform quality control checks following database migrations to ensure accuracy and functionality.Assist customers with inquiries and provide technical support.Requirements & SkillsStrong knowledge of MS SQLExperience in storage systems and data migration performanceWindows PowerShell experience preferredUnderstanding of eDiscovery model and principles.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and technical troubleshooting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.An eagerness to learn new and emerging technologies.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree Computer Science, or related field preferred.2 years’ relevant work experience in Computer/Information Technology, Information Systems, etc.Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Network experience preferred.Experience in Project Management preferred.Ability to work in a team and in diverse/multiple stakeholder environments.Hands-on experience in various industries or domains a plus.Hiring PolicyThis job description may evolve over time.
