As a team member, you can shape the future of energy and make a positive impact while experiencing professional development.Your responsibilitiesDrive the customer support lifecycle, starting from analyzing the issues, finding the root cause, suggesting the solution and following through to the resolution of the issue in a timely manner.Develop comprehensive timelines and ensure that milestones are met, ensuring efficient progress and successful completion.Communicate both verbally and written from an internal and external perspective to work cross functionally to drive issues to resolution.Develop KPI reports and metrics and prepare documentation to support customer.Job requirementsExceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.A proven ability to coordinate team efforts resulting in successful outcomes.Strong comprehension of Distributed Energy Resources and the associated market dynamics.Highly organized with the capacity to self-manage tasks and operate with minimal supervision.Background in renewable energy, electricity markets, or energy policy.Previous experience in customer support, particularly in technically challenging environments, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional service through system demonstrations, training, and technical assistance.Nice-to-havesExperience with APIsExperience working with Database technology (Access / SQL)Experience in data aggregation, energy management, ESG report or provider tariffsBenefitsPrivate health insuranceFlexible schedule with weekly flex time and minimal internal meetingsProfessional development and volunteer days for personal growthAccess to top-quality office equipment provided by the companyFurther detailsHybrid position working with US teams based in Macedonia, Albania and KosovoSchedule: Monday-Friday, 3 pm-11 pm CEST (Skopje, Prishtina, Tirana local time)
