Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with the company’s international business objectives.
• Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, manage, and mentor a strong HR team to support the company’s growth.
•  Employee Engagement & Development: Drive training, career development, and employee well-being programs to enhance workplace culture.
• HR Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws while implementing HR best practices.
•  Compensation & Benefits: Design and oversee competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
•  Workforce Planning & Organizational Development: Support business growth by aligning HR strategies with company objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in German & English (both spoken and written)
• Proven experience in Human Resources at least 3  (mandatory)
• Experience in managing and scaling an HR team
• Previous international HR experience is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in implementing HR policies, employee engagement, and organizational development
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment
